Printing Prism tables

- Click the Print button on the Prism toolbar to print an entire data table

If you want to print only certain sections of your data or results table, copy and paste ranges onto an empty Layout. This lets you put blocks of data side by side and gives you more control over the page format.

- Use the Zoom tools to show more of a data table on your screen. This will actually change the font-size for printing as well, allowing you to fit more onto a page. Or use the keyboard shortcuts: Use Smaller Font (Ctrl-J), Use Larger Font (Ctrl-M)

Changing from portrait to landscape

You can also save paper by changing the Landscape/Portrait orientation when printing data tables, results, and info sheets. Go to File… Printer Setup for Windows (File… Page Setup for Mac). A single setting applies to all data tables, results sheets, and info pages in the entire project.

Note that you can adjust column widths by positioning the cursor between column headings, and dragging. Use this method to squeeze more onto each printed page.

For graphs and layouts, use the Flip Graph, or Flip Layout button to change from portrait to landscape orientation. You don't have the option to change the orientation when printing.
