Creating custom scripts

Prism scripts let you automate analysis of many files. Prism scripts can either be saved within Prism files, or be saved in separate text files with the extension .pzc.

When a user creates a new script, Prism displays a list of sample scripts to use as a starting point. You can add more. Put them in the SampleScripts folder within the Prism program folder.

To make it clear to people in your lab that a script comes from the lab, and not from GraphPad, please name a new script something like this: [Smith lab] FlowCytometry.pzc
