Two toolbar buttons for printing

The Print section of Prism’s toolbar has two buttons for printing.

- Click on this button to print the current sheet, or multiple sheets selected in the Gallery, using your default Print settings.

- Click on this button to choose a printer and which pages to print.

To print selected sheets:

Go to the Gallery and select the sheets you want to print. Then select the Print command or click on one of the Print buttons on the Prism toolbar.

To print a Gallery page showing all the graphs in a project or all the sheets in a section of a Prism project:

Open a Gallery page by clicking on the section title in the Navigator (data tables, results, graphs, etc.) Click on the Print button Prism toolbar and click the Gallery option in the Print dialog.
