You can change the color of any part of a Prism graph

If you want to change the color of a bar or set of data points, double click on a data point to open the Format Graph dialog and select the data set you want to change. You can change the color of bars, symbols, connecting lines, and error bars.
If you want to change the color of just one data point, use the right-click menu to Format this data point.
If you want to change the color of an axis or data set, double click to open the Format Graph dialog and go to the Frame and Origin tab.

Color Schemes

Color schemes change all of a graph's colors at once. Click on the Color Scheme button in the Change section of the Prism toolbar.

Choose of Prism's built-in color schemes or define one of your own. As you pick each color scheme, Prism will preview what your graph will look like.

To apply a color scheme to several graphs at once:

Select several graphs in the Gallery and click on the Color Scheme button.

To define a color scheme:

From the Color Scheme dialog, click Define Color Scheme.
