Open a Gallery page by clicking on the section title in the Navigator (Data tables, Results, Graphs, etc.). You'll see thumbnails of all the sheets in an array.

Distinguish two ways to print from the gallery.

Print selected sheets: Select the sheets you want to print. Then select the Print command or click on one of the Print buttons on the Prism toolbar.

Print the gallery page itself:  Click on the Print button in the Prism toolbar and click the Gallery option in the Print dialog. Printing the gallery might be useful to create a table of contents for a lab notebook, or to see an overview of your work.
