If you entered error values into the data table (for example SD or SEM), Prism will plot the error value you entered. If you entered %CV, Prism will plot the SD.

If you created a table with a subcolumn for sample size n, then Prism gives you more flexibility. It can plot SD, SEM or %CI from data entered as either Mean, SD & n, as Mean, SEM & n, or Mean, %CV & n.
