Prism Registration

This form will register your Prism license. After you submit this form, you will receive an email with an activation code that enables Prism to run on a particular computer. If you need help activating your license, contact graphpad.com/go/support.

Machine ID This code (unique to GraphPad Prism) identifies an individual computer. Prism will present this code to you when it runs the first time on a new computer.

Serial Number You received your serial number, which begins with 'GP', when you purchased Prism.

Email The activation code will be sent to this address.
