What controls the font used for printing results and data from Prism?

Changing the font used to view and print tables

With Prism  5, you can choose the font size of data and results tables. You can do this using choices in the Change menu, or buttons at the bottom right of the Prism window. When you do this, you change the point size of the font used to show the data and results tables. This same font is used for printing.

Note that these buttons at the bottom right of the screen work differently for tables (data and results) and graphs (and layouts). When you are working with a table, these buttons change font size. The tool tips say 'larger font' and 'smaller font'. The font chosen this way affects both what you see on screen and what is printed.

With graphs and layouts, those zoom buttons magnify (or the opposite) on screen, but do not affect printing or exporting. Instead, you control the size of the graphs directly by dragging axes or using the first tab of Format Graph.

Other settings that affect printing of tables.

In the section of the Mac print dialog labeled paper handling, you can check an option 'Scale to fit paper size'. If you check this option, Prism will try to fit everything on one page, resulting perhaps in illegible numbers (but think of the paper you'll save!).

There also is a "Scale" setting in the Mac Page setup dialog (from File menu). If you ask Prism to scale the output, the font size will change.

There appears to be no Windows equivalent to these two settings.
