Are maintenance contracts available for Prism, InStat, and StatMate?

We do not offer maintenance contracts for any of our software products. Both single-user licenses and concurrent-use network licenses are perpetual licenses that do not expire. You do not need to pay extra for technical support. We promise free support for at least one year after a new version is released and have always gone way beyond that. However, we can't provide great support for ancient versions of our software. 

Minor software updates are free. However, upgrades to new versions of Prism, InStat, or StatMate are not free. 

We do offer annual unlimited-use site licensing for GraphPad Prism. With a site license, for a yearly fee, everyone at company or institution can use Prism on an unlimited basis. Both the Windows and Mac versions of Prism are included and Prism can be installed on as many computers as required including home computers and laptops. All upgrades are included in the yearly license fee. A site license cannot be set up for a single lab or group.
