Can I do one-way analysis of variance with two groups?

Prism and InStat only perform one-way ANOVA on three or more groups. With two groups, do the unpaired t test. The math was developed separately, so the results are displayed a bit differently. But the two are totally equivalent. An unpaired t test is identical to a one-way ANOVA with two groups , where t² equals F. The P values will be identical.
