Can I replace my disks and/or manuals?

We will replace lost or damaged disks or CDs for the more recent versions of our software. The cost to replace a Prism 4 CD is $15. The cost to replace a Prism 3 CD is $30. These prices include world-wide shipping. This fee must be paid in advance by credit card or check -- no purchase orders will be accepted. You must include your serial number(s) with your order.

Only one set of manuals is sold per user (network versions come with one set of manuals for each user license). However, most of our manuals can be downloaded free from the Support section of our web site for viewing with the Adobe Acrobat reader.
