Can Prism create Receiver-Operator Curves?

Prism 4 (and later) computes and plots receiver-operator curves (ROC).  Create a Column data table. Enter values for patients into one column and values for controls into another, and Prism will create and plot the ROC curve, which shows the tradeoff between sensitivity and specificity for various threshold values that could be used to discriminate between normal and abnormal.

Earlier versions of Prism do not compute ROC curves, but if you create the table of sensitivity and specificity yourself, they can plot the curve like any other graphing program.
