Why did GraphPad and Dotmatics become one company?

To our GraphPad customers, 

Over 25 years ago, our founder Dr. Harvey Moltusky set out to create software for the international scientific community. Created by scientists for scientists, GraphPad Prism’s intuitive programs provide researchers worldwide with the tools they need to simplify data analysis, statistics and graphing. 

Today, I’m excited to share that we’re accelerating this evolution by joining the Dotmatics ecosystem. Read the press release.

Like GraphPad, harmonizing science and data is in Dotmatics’ DNA, which is why we believe this is the right next step for GraphPad, our employees, and most importantly, our customers. Dotmatics is the world's largest scientific R&D platform with an ecosystem of best-of-breed tools you may already know - like SnapGene, Geneious and LabArchives - used by over 2 million scientists globally. Together with Dotmatics, we'll leverage the power and momentum of the broader customer community, users, and products to accelerate our transformation far beyond what we could have achieved on our own. Ultimately this will create more value for you, our customers, and for science. We’ll also be able to expand our core products and introduce new end-to-end workflow capabilities. 

GraphPad Prism will remain the same platform you know and love. As we embark on the next chapter, we have the rare ability to create something of even greater value to our users and do something amazing for you and the scientific community.
