How can I make all the graphs on my Prism layout the same size?
Pull down the "Arrange" menu, then choose "Balance Graph Scaling" (ver 3) or "Equalize Graph Sizes..." (ver 4). Prism will adjust the graphs to equalize the Y axis length.
