How can I share Prism files with colleagues who don't own Prism (or own an earlier version)?

Viewer

You can easily share Prism files with all your colleagues. If they don't own Prism, ask them to download the free Prism Viewer. The Prism Viewer works just like Prism. It lets your colleagues examine and print all parts of your Prism files (.pzm or .pzf), including data, analysis results, info constants, and graphs. It also lets them see the analysis choices (parameters) for each page of results. The Viewer is free, will not expire, and is available for Mac and Windows.

Demo version

If your colleagues want to edit your Prism files, they can download the free demo version of Prism.

Word or PowerPointYou can copy and paste (use the Send to.. buttons) Prism graphs or layouts into PowerPoint or Word (or other programs) and send the resulting documents to your colleagues. This will let them see the graphs and layouts you include, but not data or results.

Exported images

If you only want to share the graphs you make with Prism (and not the data or analyses or info), then you can export graphs (or layouts) and send your colleages the exported files. Use File ... Export to export in a variety of formats.

PDF file
Prism 5 (but not earlier versions) lets you publish any number of selected graphs (or layouts) into a single pdf file. Go to the graph gallery (click on the graph folder in the navigator on the left), select the graphs you wish to include, then click Export and choose pdf. Prism creates the pdf file on its own -- you do not need Acrobat (or any other third party software) on your computer.
