I can't get InPlot to start under Windows.
We can't really offer much help in getting it to work with Windows, except for these tips:
Add a /X to the command line:
Inplot /x or GPIP /x
This tells InPlot to use conventional memory only, and not to use expanded/extended memory. Using that extra bit of memory was important many years ago, but now just reduces compatibility.
