Prism license limits

You have reached this page since you may have encountered one of Prism's fair use limits for re-assigning seats or device activations.

Please note that we do not allow floating seats on an ongoing basis. All seats must be assigned to a named-user or specified machine for the duration of the license term, with exceptions for:

• Seat re-assignment in the case users depart your organization
• Device de-activations and re-activations in the case users need to replace their computers

Our fair use limits are designed to support these situations. Once your license reaches the fair use limits, you will need to wait a period of time to resume these actions.
