Where is the machineID? I'm trying to activate Prism but the machineID is missing.

We've only seen this in a few cases. Resetting the network configuration might help.
To reset the network configuration:

1. Open the /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/ folder in Finder.

2. Delete the NetworkInterfaces.plist and preferences.plist files (requires admin privileges).

You can also do it using the Terminal application, so run the following command (requires admin privileges):

sudo rm /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist

sudo rm /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/preferences.plist

3. Reboot.
