Troubleshooting Schild plots

The choice to compute dose-ratios is gray

Early versions of Prism provided an option to compute dose-ratios. Now we suggest that you  use global fitting instead, to directly compute the pA2.  Prism 4 and 5 still provide the option to compute dose-ratios, to maintain compatibility with old files. If you want to make Schild plots this way, choose a sigmoidal dose-response equation from the list of classic equations. If you choose from one of the dose-response sections instead, that option (in the output tab, to compute dose-ratios) is gray (unavailable).

Scientific notation in column titles in Prism 4

Prism 4.00 and 4.0a were confused by scientific notation in column titles with negative exponents (i.e. "1.3e-9"). Fixed in later releases.
