KNOWLEDGEBASE - ARTICLE #545

When I paste a graph from Prism to Excel, labels are corrupted.

This problem appears to apply to some versions of Excel (Excel 2000 especially). Y-axis lettering becomes vertical, closely spaced, and illegible. There is a work-around: copy the Prism graph first into Microsoft Word, then copy from Word to Excel.

All we can suggest is that you try to update Excel to a newer "service release" via Office Update at www.microsoft.com or to a newer version. As far as we can tell, Prism does everything correctly (which is why it works so well with Word and PowerPoint) and the bug is within Excel.
