Yikes. Some Prism Windows dialogs are gibberish!

This is due to a bug in the "Creators" update of Windows 10 released in May 2017. Here is a brief page from Microsoft acknowledging the problem. 

The only workaround, until Microsoft fixes the problem, is to change the system locale of your Windows. One customer solved the problem by changing the language for non unicode programs in the region control panel from Hebrew to English.
